When muscles and tendons become fatigued, knotted, damaged, tight or immobile, remedial massage offers a healing treatment. Remedial massage utilises several techniques to support and speed up the body's healing processes. It can be deep or shallow, soft or strong, relaxing or intense.

Dr. Michele Martin Chiropractor
Michele was born and raised in Canberra and was introduced to the exceptional benefits of chiropractic care while completing her Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Biology) degree at the University of Canberra (UC). This led her to Melbourne where she completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Complementary Medicine and Masters of Chiropractic Science at Royal Melbourne Institure of Technology University (RMIT).
Michelle performs a thorough neurological, orthpaedic and postural evaluation tailored to a patient's individual needs. She is experienced in manual adjusting techniques, activator, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, post isometric relaxation, bio-mechanical blocking, cranials, active release technique (ART), total body modification technique (TBM) and rehabilitation strengthening.
